2555 Ventures

Small businesses should have the same resources as big businesses.

We build the software and the small team that make that true.

The premise

2555 Ventures was founded to help small businesses, and that has not changed.

AI is the first thing that removes the reason that gap has to exist.

Access to knowledge has been the constraint for generations of owners. They solve problems they were never trained for, with no one to ask, while the companies that can afford consultants and agencies pull ahead. AI is the first thing that removes the reason that gap has to exist.

Everyone has a chatbot. Almost nobody has a workflow.

Using a model is easy. Applying one is not.

100%all small businesses

76%use AI in some form1

17.7%have paid for an AI service2

14%have it running in core operations1

Most owners have tried a chatbot. Very few have put one inside a workflow, because that takes knowing the work, the tools, the data, and the places the model gets things wrong. Owners do not have the hours.

The old model does not fit

There are two ways to get this today, and neither was built for a small business.

$27,000 to $165,000 a week

what one consulting firm charged for its teams. No small business can buy that.10

You can buy the software. The big vendors add AI to their own products on their own schedule, and the parts that actually do the work sit in the top tiers, priced for companies with an IT department.34 Or you can hire the people. The firms that rebuild how a company works are sold by the week, at rates written for the Fortune 500.10 Small businesses need the same thing, done for them, at a price that makes sense for a small business.

We start where the money already goes

The website and content marketing come first, because that is where the money already goes.5

$131, not $611

what an article costs AI-drafted, against a human writer.12

+11%

what agencies charge, up since 2021, while the cost to produce the work fell13

That money is spread across more than 114,000 US advertising agencies6 and about four million one-person professional services businesses,11 most of them very small shops. AI has already cut what it costs to produce this work.12 The price small businesses pay has not followed.13 The savings exist. They are not reaching the owner. MOCO™ is built to close that gap.

  1. Websites and content marketing
    Available now
  2. Finding customers and running outbound
    Next
  3. Administrative agents working on your company's specific problems
    After that

Every service is done for you, and priced so that the size of your budget is not what decides whether you get to use this.

Our bet is that a handful of companies will take this fragmented market and pass the savings through. Nobody has proven that yet. We intend to.

How we work

We keep a small team of operators who stay with a business until the problem is solved.

Running that on our own software is what makes it affordable. No bloated engagement, no bench billing hours.

Planned

Building it in Savannah

MOCO™ Studio is planned for downtown Savannah.

9,000

employer businesses in Chatham County. These are the people the studio is for.9

One room, ten people, and a door small business owners can walk through for guidance. We do not have the block yet; we have the plan. Savannah can support it: Gulfstream is headquartered here, the Hyundai Metaplant opened nearby in 2025,7 SCAD graduates a record class every spring,8 and the county counts about 9,000 employer businesses.9 The plan is to build alongside local businesses, civic organizations, and city leadership, and to make Savannah a hub for small business innovation.

Machines handle the volume. People keep the parts that should stay human: judgment, taste, and accountability.

Ten seats

We hire in order, when the business earns each seat, and we do not hire for throughput.

I know I cannot do it by myself. I want to build this with a smart, talented team, in one room.
Connor O’Hearn, founder

Ten people running on our own software. Every seat comes with the same mandate: build the AI teammate that makes your seat scale.
